You should also take the time to download & install the following software programs & addons if you haven't already done so:
VENTRILO
This is the program that the guild uses for voice chat. We currently have a Ventrilo server for use by the guild. Ventrilo provides the guild with the ability to communicate with one another while playing. If you don't already have one, it would be a good idea to invest in a headset to take full advantage of Ventrilo. If you don't already have a headset, please still plan to log in to our server so that you can still take part in guild conversations by listening to conversations over Ventrilo & responding through text in guild chat. Upon being accepted as an Initiate into the guild, you will be assigned a username & password to use when logging in to our Ventrilo server. You will receive this information via Private Message in our forums. You can find specific information about our Ventrilo server on our website. We have a FAQ page to help you get started as well. GROUP CALENDAR
We currently use Group Calendar to schedule various guild events. It is essential for you to become familiar with it as we use it to sign up for all guild related events in-game. We plan to have regular monthly guild nights & raids scheduled 3-5 times a week. You are encouraged to attend & participate in these events as much as possible. By showing sincere interest in your desire to be a part of the guild, you will impress current guild members in a positive way. These guild events are a time for all members of the guild to come together and do something fun as a guild. You will be required to sign up for the Guild Meeting scheduled for December 31st of the current year to demonstrate your ability to sign up for an event through Group Calendar. RPGO-CHARACTERPROFILER & PVP LOG
We make use of the rpgo-CharacterProfiler & PvP Log addons to help keep our Guild Roster up to date. Keeping your profile up to date on our roster page is essential to helping us take care of administrative functions related to the guild. You are required to keep your profile up to date on our guild roster at a minimum of once a week.

UNIUPLOADER
This program allows you to automatically update your character profile on our Guild Roster page. I highly recommend that you have it update your profile on the Guild Roster page at least once a day. It also allows us to keep you up to date with any of the required addons used by the guild. You can download the Uniuploader here. We have set up a FAQ page to help you get it properly set up. If you need additional assistance, please feel free to contact one of the guild officers.
DEADLY BOSS MODS, OMEN THREAT METER, CT RAID ASSIST & DECURSIVE
The addons are all used to assist with raiding & instancing. If you are not familiar with these addons, you can learn more about each specific addon by reading through the documentation provided with each addon or by speaking to one of the guild officers. All of these addons must be installed & operational. It would be highly beneficial for you to take the time to learn as much as you can about how these addons work as they will help ensure our success during raids.
